Wikipedia is protesting against SOPA and PIPA by blacking out the English Wikipedia for 24 hour. If you open the website at the time this is posted, what will you see in its main page is the picture above. SOPA stands for "Stop Online Piracy Act" and PIPA for "Protect Intellectual Property Act".
