Wikipedia is protesting against SOPA and PIPA by blacking out the English Wikipedia for 24 hour. Share this information to everyone because wikipedians are doing us favors by creating a very huge encyclopedia. This encyclopedia envelopes knowledge and these knowledge are free knowledge. They are doing that because they advocate a rich world in terms of knowledge which will not only help us today but also the future generation.
Although this video was posted on Youtube almost four years ago, it has become viral on the internet, especially among Facebook users. According to the statistics, it has already 88,032 views, biggest number of viewers among any other videos about Ozamiz city yet. Its views rapid up on November 2011 as referred by Facebook. This video was not only viewed heavily from Ozamiz city but also from the whole country and some parts from UAE and USA countries.
Enough said by the statistics, but how about the title and the description? Does it bear the truth or has it made a gag out of ignorance. As the title goes "miracle? in ozamiz" and the description "1st time nangyari sa pantalan sa ozamiz.. nga ang mga isda nangambak paingun sa sa pantalan....".Many have reacted, some said it is not the first time happened. Others speculated about its cause like pollution, climate change, natural reaction on habitat, etc. Some thought this video was just posted earlier thought it was about the Iligan and Cagayan incident. Well just to sum it up, here are some of the comments worth to note:
"naka puya cguro ang mga isda.. seriously dili na cya miracle. =) there's a reason why such thing happened. maybe naay problem sa water (na pollute guro sa mga wastage sa factory sa mga puyayi) or tungod sa weather. ana. rach!
"The animals' presence close to shore means their usual habitat is badly polluted, and the crowding could result in mass die-offs as fish run out of oxygen.

But whatever is the reason about this phenomenon, what matter most is that we are reminded to protect our environment because we, our children and our children's grand children depends and live in it. Remember, "Good earths are very hard to find so don't blow it up."
